01 Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and winbs ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the winbs website at https://winbs.io and all associated services, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, and any other gaming products available through the winbs platform.

By accessing the winbs website, completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must cease using the winbs platform immediately.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the winbs Privacy Policy and the winbs Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form an integral part of the overall agreement between you and winbs.

02 Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain a winbs account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. winbs operates a strict 21+ policy with no exceptions. It is a criminal offence in many jurisdictions for persons under the legal gambling age to open a gambling account.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and partnerships may not register accounts on the winbs platform.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a winbs employee where such participation would constitute a conflict of interest.
• You must not be located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable local law. It is your responsibility to determine whether your use of winbs is lawful in your jurisdiction.

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the winbs platform. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, a different name, a shared device, a shared IP address, or using different payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all funds held therein.

03 Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your winbs Login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.

All actions taken using your winbs account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — are your sole responsibility, regardless of whether those actions were authorised by you. winbs will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

• You must log out of your account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.

04 Deposits and Payment Methods

All transactions on the winbs platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). winbs currently accepts deposits via the following payment channels:

winbs only accepts deposits from payment methods that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to family members — are prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account may be reversed and the corresponding winnings voided.

winbs does not charge fees on deposits, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. It is your responsibility to verify the fee structure of your chosen payment method before initiating a deposit.

05 Withdrawals and Processing Times

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to the same payment method used to make the most recent qualifying deposit into your winbs account. This same-method requirement is a standard anti-money-laundering control and applies to all players without exception.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Before a withdrawal is processed, winbs may require you to complete identity verification (KYC), which may include submission of a government-issued photo ID and proof of address. winbs aims to process all verified withdrawal requests within the following timeframes:

• bKash / Nagad / Rocket / Upay: Within 1–4 hours of request approval during standard operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6).
• Bank Transfer: Within 1–3 business days, subject to the receiving bank's processing schedule.

Withdrawals will not be processed if the account has an outstanding active bonus with applicable wagering requirements that have not yet been satisfied. Players may forfeit an active bonus in the account dashboard to make their balance immediately eligible for withdrawal, subject to any bonus-specific forfeiture rules.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

winbs offers various promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any offer-specific terms published alongside the promotion:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet within your account and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement for bonus funds is 30x the bonus amount. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus must generate ৳30,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time limit specified for each promotion. Bonus funds not wagered within the stated period will be forfeited automatically.

07 Betting Rules and Game Conduct

General betting rules applicable to all winbs sportsbook markets include:

• Bets are final once confirmed. Confirmed bets cannot be amended or cancelled by the player except where winbs explicitly offers a cash-out facility for the relevant market.
• winbs reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered in error, including erroneous odds caused by technical malfunction or human data entry error.

08 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the winbs platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Match-Fixing: Placing bets on any event where you have advance knowledge that the outcome has been manipulated or fixed.
• Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated software to place bets, navigate the platform, or exploit game mechanics.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal on any deposit made to your winbs account. Any player who initiates a chargeback will have their account immediately suspended and the disputed amount, along with any associated winnings, will be withheld pending investigation.
• Money Laundering: Using the winbs platform for any purpose connected with money laundering or the proceeds of criminal activity. winbs complies with applicable anti-money-laundering obligations and will report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.
• Exploitation of Errors: Taking advantage of any pricing error, technical glitch, or software fault on the winbs platform. Any profits derived from a demonstrable technical error are void and will be reclaimed from the player's account.
• Fraudulent Identity: Registering an account using false personal information, assuming the identity of another person, or failing to disclose material changes to your eligibility status.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the winbs platform — including but not limited to the winbs brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of winbs or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the winbs platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any winbs content without prior written authorisation.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the winbs platform.
• Use the winbs brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without our express written consent.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, winbs, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the winbs platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
• Losses arising from technical interruptions, server downtime, or connectivity failures beyond winbs's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information published on the winbs platform, including odds, statistics, or promotional content.
• Losses arising from the actions of third-party payment providers, including processing delays or payment failures.

winbs's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their winbs account in the 12 months preceding the date on which the claim arises.

11 Privacy and Data Protection

winbs collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at winbs.io/privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

winbs will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Personal data may be disclosed to third parties where required by law, or where necessary to prevent fraud, enforce these Terms, or protect the rights and safety of other players.

12 Responsible Gaming

winbs is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all Bangladesh players. The winbs platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible via your account dashboard at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to manage your spending.
• Session Time Limits: Set maximum session durations after which you will be automatically logged out.

13 Account Closure and Termination

winbs reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity verification documents within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from the player's payment provider.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more.

Where an account is closed by winbs due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited. Where closure is initiated by winbs for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any positive balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following completion of verification.

14 Amendments to These Terms

winbs reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made to these Terms, winbs will provide reasonable notice to registered players via the email address registered to their account and/or via a prominent notice on the winbs platform.

Your continued use of the winbs platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account in accordance with Section 13 of these Terms.

15 Governing Law and Disputes
